Ethan, " Hey Mom!  Did you know that Chocolate Chips have CHOCOLATE in them!!!"

I've never seen him so excited after figuring this out :)

Ethan, "Take a nap!"

Me, "ha, I do need to take a nap, thanks buddy, but that wasn't it."

Ethan, "Do laundry!"

harumph, no that wasn't it either, but yes it's on my list.  Thank you for the reminder.

short pause

Ethan, "Hey mom, can I play on the ipad right now?"

No.  Well, that didn't last long.

Ethan, "Mom, why are you going to be 34?"......"34, that is wayyyyyy older than daddy"
