Friday Family Faves...Italian Bean Soup

Italian Bean Soup


Ingredients:
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can great northern beans (or any other white bean you prefer), undrained
1/4 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. frozen, chopped spinach
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. water
Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in pot.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat, simmer until onions are tender.
